Apex Dental Partners supports dentists by taking over the non-clinical side of running a practice: billing, insurance, payroll, IT and the rest, while keeping the feel of a traditional private practice. Its audience is practice owners, who are cautious about anything that sounds like selling their practice to a corporation.

The site had to explain the partnership model with warmth and clarity, show that real dentists have made the move and been glad of it, and turn interest into a first conversation.

I built the site on WordPress with the Divi theme. The homepage leads with the outcome dentists care about, better work-life balance, financial security and freedom from practice management, then lists the specific burdens Apex removes in a few short lines.

The Private Practice Reimagined section explains the philosophy of long-term patient relationships, and real-world success stories from named dentists do the persuading. A four-step partnership process, from a first call to valuation, offer and onboarding, answers the what-happens-next question and makes starting a conversation feel low-risk.
