Hand in Hand International equips under-served women with the skills and resources to earn more and lift their communities out of poverty. The site presents its work, impact and partnerships under the message 'When women win, everyone wins.'

Hand in Hand International equips under-served women with the skills and resources to earn more, and its model, developed over twenty years, has already helped 10 million people. Its audience is institutional funders and partners, who look for evidence, scale and return on investment as much as a moving story.

The organisation works through a network of independent boards in eight countries, and the site had to present that global model clearly while keeping women's own stories at the centre.

I built the site on WordPress with a custom theme, hosted on WP Engine. The homepage opens on the organisation's message, when women win, everyone wins, and moves quickly to what funders need: scalable impact, locally-led transformation and optimised returns, including an ROI of more than 300%.

The Hand in Hand model is broken into its components, business training, acceleration, digital inclusion, regenerative farming, gender equity work and credit access, and an interactive map shows the global network of boards across eight countries.

News covers the 2030 strategy and the refreshed Theory of Change, first-person stories such as Florence's in Nairobi bring the numbers to life, and Gravity Forms handles partnership enquiries, donations and newsletter sign-ups.
