iVAC is a full-service vacation rental management company that helps owners of houses, resorts and hotels earn more from their properties. The site sets out its benefits and services and invites owners to check whether their property qualifies.

iVAC manages vacation rentals end to end, from listings and pricing to guest screening and maintenance, for owners of houses, resorts and hotels. Owners considering a management company want to know two things quickly: will I earn more, and can I trust you with my property?

The site had to answer both while also filtering enquiries, since not every property is a good fit for full-service management.

I built the site on WordPress with Elementor, using a modern theme with GSAP and Lottie animation to give it a confident, tech-forward feel that matches iVAC's use of AI in marketing and pricing. The hero goes straight to the owner's goal: monetise your property and unlock passive income.

The benefits are broken into clear blocks: listing marketing across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Google Vacation Rentals and social ads, returns, guest screening and maintenance. Guest testimonials add social proof.

Instead of a generic contact form, the page ends with a See If You Qualify assessment, so owners self-select before a call. Calendly booking and a Mailchimp sign-up support the follow-up.
