Labode Properties
Structured UK property investment for long-term investors, with the process, compliance and investor protections set out plainly.
About the project
Labode Properties offers structured UK property investments for long-term investors. The site explains who the company works with, its risk-mitigated process, its compliance and investor-protection measures, and its access to off-market opportunities.
The challenge
Property investment runs on trust, and UK and overseas investors have learned to be sceptical of deals that sound too good. Labode Properties refurbishes undervalued houses into quality homes and high-yield investments, and needed a site that proved it was a serious, compliant partner before anyone picked up the phone.
It also had to speak to two different audiences, hands-off investors and experienced landlords, without making either wade through content meant for the other.
The solution
I built the site on WordPress with Elementor and a customised property theme. The homepage separates the two audiences straight away, then sets out the reasons to work with Labode: a risk-first due diligence process, access to off-market opportunities and no agency fees.
Compliance is given its own section rather than hidden in the footer. Registration with a government-approved redress scheme, HMRC anti-money laundering supervision, professional indemnity insurance and ICO registration are all listed plainly, next to a testimonial about transparency.
A Latest Deals section shows current deal packs by location, and enquiry forms protected by reCAPTCHA handle the next step. Rank Math covers on-page SEO.
