Coderatics
A workforce and recruitment company presenting its hiring solutions and the values behind them.
About the project
Coderatics is a workforce and recruitment company focused on building a community one hire at a time. The site presents its workforce solutions, its core values and why clients choose it.
The challenge
Coderatics is a Toronto recruitment and workforce company placing technical talent in cloud, software development, cybersecurity, networking and project management. It has to win over two audiences at once: employers looking for talent and candidates looking for work.
Recruitment is crowded, so the site also had to show what makes Coderatics different, its customer-first approach and its values.
The solution
I built the site on WordPress with the Divi theme and a custom child theme. The homepage speaks to both sides, unlocking a world of opportunities and building a community one hire at a time, and lists the specialist areas the firm recruits for.
The three workforce models, contract staffing, contract to hire and permanent placement, are each explained in a sentence, followed by the company's values. WP Job Openings powers a jobs board candidates can browse and apply through, and a blog and Mailchimp newsletter keep both audiences engaged.
