About the project

Verda Vento sells and installs energy-efficient air conditioners and air purifiers across Limburg and the surrounding area, with its own installation team. The Dutch-language store covers Daikin, Fujitsu and Samsung, lets customers shop by capacity, room size or type, and offers three ways to buy: a smart quote tool that returns a tailored offer in 30 seconds, the webshop, or a site visit from the team.

The challenge

Verda Vento sells and installs energy-efficient air conditioners across Limburg in Belgium. Most customers do not know what capacity they need or which brand to choose, and they want a price that includes installation before they commit.

The store had to guide them to the right unit, offer different ways to buy for different kinds of customer, and do it all in Dutch.

The solution

I built the store on WordPress and WooCommerce with the Gizmos theme and a custom child theme, using Elementor Pro for the layouts. The headline promise of a personal quote in 30 seconds leads straight to a smart quote tool that recommends the right unit after a few quick questions.

For customers who already know what they want, the webshop lets them shop by capacity, room size or type, budget, design or air-purifying, with filters, comparison and quick search, and all prices include installation. Those who are unsure can request a site visit instead.

Abandoned-cart recovery, a Facebook catalogue integration and Breeze caching support sales and speed, while Daikin, Fujitsu and Samsung each have their own brand introduction.
