Fastmerg is an online file converter for PDF, audio, video and other formats, with user accounts and subscription plans.

People looking to convert a file, a PDF to Word, a video to audio, want to do it right now, in the browser, without installing software. FastMerg needed to turn that one-off task into a subscription business, which means earning trust quickly and making the service feel dependable.

Subscriptions also bring responsibilities: clear terms, visible support and an easy way to cancel.

I built FastMerg as a PHP web application, served through Cloudflare. The homepage goes straight to the task, start converting PDF files today, with a single get-started button, and user accounts let customers sign up and log in to use the converters.

Support is visible on every page, with a toll-free number and email, and the footer carries the terms and a dedicated cancel-subscription page, so customers can manage their plan themselves. That transparency is what makes a subscription tool feel safe to try.
