I AM Academy K-12 is a specialty private school in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, for students with special needs. Parents looking for the right school are often anxious and have many questions, and the school needed a website that was warm, clear and easy for its own staff to keep up to date.

Like every Florida school, it also had to publish required information, including how to report child abuse and educator misconduct.

I built the site on Wix, so the school's staff can update pages, the gallery and announcements themselves. The homepage introduces the school and its special needs focus, with a message from the administrator and a quote that sums up the ethos: everything that is done in the world is done by hope.

An Additional Resources section gathers the required reporting links in one place, and the address, phone and email appear on every page with a simple contact form for families.
